Previously Executive Director of China Investment Fund Company Limited, a fund listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEx: 612). Currently the beneficial owner of a private investment bank providing financial advisory services for public and private companies in North America and Asia.
David Eaton – President and Executive Director
Over 20 years experience in public markets as a trader, financier and market maker. Significant role in the creation of junior resource companies – identifying projects, corporate structure, financing, creating management teams, marketing and investor relations.
Dr. Lawrence Dick – Executive Director
Dr. Dick is a professional geologist with 35+ years experience in base and precious metals exploration world-wide. He spent over 20 years exploring for copper and gold throughout South America and was credited with major finds at Collahuasi (Chile); Can Can (Chile); Golden Bear (B.C.); and the San Jose silver deposit in Mexico. After a 17 year stint with Chevron Minerals Ltd., where he was Director of Exploration in Latin America, Dr. Dick consulted for SRK and his own consultancy before co-founding General Minerals Corporation (now Sprott Resource Corporation).
Ringo Hui – Non-Executive Director
Director of Baron Capital Limited in Hong Kong. Responsible for cross-border M&A activities, IPO’s and other direct investment initiatives, especially in the mining sector.
Andrew Cheng – Independent Non-Executive Director
Co-founding director of Cheng & Cheng Limited, Certified Public Accountants, in Hong Kong, with over 30 years experience in the accounting and taxation fields.
William Ng – Independent Non-Executive Director
President of Spectrum Management Ltd., with close connections in the people sector and investment industry, particularly on investment projects in China.
Paul Hung – Independent Non-Executive Director
Associate Director of Savills PLC Beijing office, a global real estate services provider listed on the London Stock Exchange where as a Senior Appraiser he is responsible for business valuations in the PRC and Hong Kong for the purposes of IPO’s. Mr. Hung holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking and Finance and is a Member of a number of international mining related institutes including the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as the Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts. He is a Professional Member of the Geological Society of America and the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration.
