DRILLING CONTINUES TO EXPAND THE HIGH GRADE GOLD ZONES ON SILVER COIN
Stewart, BC Pinnacle Mines Ltd., Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd. and Tenajon Resources Ltd. announce that the 2006 drill program continues to intersect high gold values in the Main Breccia zone on the Silver Coin and Kansas claim properties. Silver Coin is a gold-silver-base metal property located about 24 kilometers north of Stewart, British Columbia in the Skeena Mining Division.
To date, over 17,583 meters of drilling has been completed in 85 holes by 3 drills working on the property.
Assays have been received for 20 holes with assay results greater than 1 gram/tonne (g/t) gold listed in the table below. DDH 99 to 105 were drilled on the Dan claim approximately 200 meters south of the Main Breccia. DDH 99, 100 and 101, 102 and 103, 104 and 105, 106 and 107, 109 and 110, 111 and 112, 125 and 126, 127 and 128 and 129 and 130 were drilled off the same setup at minus 45 and 60 degrees respectively. DDH 108 was at the same setup as 109 and 110 but was lost prior to hitting the main Breccia.

An exact survey of all drill holes, trenches, and geological features has begun so that an updated 2006 resource calculation can be initiated by MineFill Services, Inc. The 2005 resource estimate that was calculated in accordance with CIMM (2000) standards, at a zero cutoff by MineFill, resulted in an inferred resource of 500,000 ounces of gold and 2.11 million ounces of silver. The resource consists of 11.3 million tonnes grading 1.60 g/t Au, 6.64 g/t Ag, 0.06% Cu, 0.19% Pb, and 0.41% Zn. Significant gold intersections in drill holes at the south edge of 2005 drilling have now been surveyed and will be incorporated in the 2006 resource calculation. The 2006 drilling has been focused on areas outside the 2005 resource, particularly east and west of the existing resource. Future drilling will concentrate north on to the Big Missouri claim where the Main Breccia appears to be thickening. A program of prospecting and soil sampling on the southern portion of the Silver Coin group of claims has located new mineralized zones.
The Dan claim is part of the Silver Coin option/joint venture between Mountain Boy and Pinnacle. The Kansas claim is the subject of an option/joint venture with Tenajon Resources Ltd., pursuant to which Pinnacle and Mountain Boy are earning a 60% interest through the expenditure of $1,000,000 on exploration over four years. The Companies can jointly earn a 70 per cent interest in the Kansas claim by exercising an option to deliver a feasibility study within four years of earning the initial 60%.
E. Kruchkowski, P. Geo., a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, is in charge of the exploration programs on behalf of the companies. Drill core and trench samples are assayed by Assayers Canada of Vancouver, BC.
Pinnacle Mines is a Canadian based mineral exploration and development company with assets in Canada, China and Mexico. In Canada, Pinnacle holds several properties in Northwestern British Columbia in proximity to numerous past and producing mines including the Silbak-Premier Mine and Barrick Gold’s famed Eskay Creek Mine. In China, Pinnacle’s focus is in Southeast Yunnan, an area being increasingly considered for its potential to host significant mineral resources including “Carlin” style gold deposits. In Mexico, Pinnacle recently entered into an option to acquire the Tuligtic property, a copper-gold target near Mexico City.
