PINNACLE APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR AND ADVISORS
Vancouver, British Columbia: Pinnacle Mines Ltd. ("Pinnacle" or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Herrick Lau has been appointed as a director of the Company. The appointment of Mr. Lau follows the departure of Gerald Sneddon as a director of the Company. Mr. Sneddon will remain as an advisor to the Company. Pinnacle is also pleased to announce that Mr. David Eaton has been appointed as an advisor to the Company.
Herrick Lau, Director & CFO
Mr. Lau, the current CFO of the Company, is the Vice President, Corporate Finance of Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd. with prior experience as CFO of various listed companies and 15 years of experience in the investment banking industry. His industry practice as a finance executive in public companies involves developing financing strategy, liaising with external parties, devising business development plans and maintaining compliance with corporate governance. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has a BBA and a MA in Finance, both from Simon Fraser University.
David Eaton, Advisor
Mr. Eaton is currently the Managing Director of Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd. Mr. Eaton began his career at the Vancouver Stock Exchange and has worked in every aspect of the investment business for more than 25 years. His expertise lies in introducing capital to opportunity, ideas to financing, management to projects. He is very experienced with structuring and arranging private and public financings for companies of various sizes and industries.
The Company’s Board of Directors now consists of: Paul Saxton, Lawrence Dick, Herrick Lau, Susan Li and Robert Wolfe.
