Jayden Enters Into Option to Acquire Grassy Claims
Vancouver, B.C., March 6, 2012; Jayden Resources Inc. (JDN:TSX) (“Jayden” or the “Company”) announces that the Company has entered into a property option agreement with Decade Resources Ltd. (“Decade”) to acquire a 100% interest in Decade’s Grassy 1 and Grassy 2 mineral claims which are located in the Skeena Mining Division approximately 24km north of Stewart, BC. The Grassy Claims adjoin the eastern edge of the Company’s Silver Coin gold project.
The Grassy Claims cover a gross area of approximately 830 hectares although the net area is somewhat less due to preexisting and overlapping claims. The claims are accessible from a spur road off of the Granduc Road which passes through the Silver Coin property. It is the intention of the Company to use the Grassy Claims in the future as part of the mine plan for Silver Coin.
Under the terms of the agreement with Decade, the Company has the option to buy the Grassy Claims any time prior to December 31, 2012 for the cash price of $60,000.
